Traveling to the North

 

Tomago Heavy Industrial Traffic & Newcastle Airport Traffic will have to drive through Heatherbrae to enter the Raymond Terrace Bypass.

All North Direction Traffic travelling from the Newcastle Airport via Tomago Road and Tomago Industrial Region of 746 Hectares of available land, will have to slow down to pass through the throat of Old Punt Road, turn right at Old Punt Road North End onto Pac. Hwy. Then drive through Heatherbrae to enter the Raymond Terrace Bypass. This concept design is a DISASTER for Tourism and Travellers from the Newcastle Airport and Tomago Industrial Region travelling to the north.

 

NO SOUTH ACCESS FROM HEATHERBRAE and SOUTH RAYMOND TERRACE - to F3 - until BLACK HILL

 

Disaster for Heatherbrae and South Raymond Terrace

Traveling to the South

 

All South Direction Traffic travelling from Heatherbrae and South Raymond Terrace will have to drive to the future Black Hill Interchange via Pacific highway, over the old Hexham Bridge, the New England Highway, John Renshaw Drive and through the Interchange Ramps to gain access to the F3 if travelling south.
